Granular material generally refers to the material with good fluidity, not easy to be bonded and without much initial water content, such as, yellow sand in the dry powder mortar industry, all kinds of specific dimensioned sand used in the foundry industry, blast furnace slag used in the building materials cement industry, small size clay, small particles of dust material, limestone, quartz sand, slag, iron ore, sulfuric acid slag, iron ore powder, bentonite, fly ash, quartz sand, the sand of the sea and pomegranate sand, etc. used in the chemical industry, which are anti chemical changes and anti-high temperature.

System Advantages

High thermal efficiency
Heat preservation material with high heat resistance, combined with feature of the heat utilization of three-cylinder dryer, the energy saving effect is obvious.

Low equipment investment
The material temperature is <50℃, which can be directly entered into the material warehouse, and cooling device is not required; tail gas temperature is low, the dust removal equipment is with longer service life.

Small ground space, easy to install
Its covered area is 50% less than that of the single cylinder dryer, construction investment reduced by 50% and the electricity consumption is reduced by 60%, the layout of drying system is compact with simple process flow.

Working Principle

Material is fed into kiln though end of kiln (higher side of cylinder). Because cylinder is inclined and it rotates slowly, material moves along with circle as well as axial direction (from higher side to lower side). After going through physical and chemical change, material gets into cooling machine through head cover of kiln after the finishing calcination. Fuel is fed into the kiln head through the kiln head, and exhaust gas will discharge at the end of kiln after exchanging heat with material.
