Application

This machine is suitable for producing minerals powder, which is widely used in the fields of mining, metallurgy, chemical, construction and mining industry. It can be used for grinding barite, limestone, porcelain, slag and other materials that Moh’s hardness is below 9.3, humidity is in 8%, and non- flammable non- explosive minerals. The final product size can be adjusted as required in the range of 80~400 meshes. And the special coarse powder device (30- 80mesh) is also available.

2. High capacity: This model is improved on the basis of YGM-type grinder with system upgrade, more reasonable configuration and higher capacity.

because important parts are made of high-quality steel, meanwhile, wearing parts are made of high-performance wear-resistant materials. And the transmission device adopts sealed gear box and pulley, stable transmission and reliable operation.

4. Large conveying capacity: blower adopts high-pressure centrifugal fan, which make air volume and pressure increase that greatly improving the pneumatic conveying capacity.

5. High classification accuracy: the classifier is cage type classifier, and the granularity of the finished product is adjusted arbitrarily within 80-400 meshes.
